How does payment work?

The amount shown in your shopping basket is payable when you place the order :
- By Credit Card online (Visa, MasterCard).
You need to enter the 16 digits of your card number in the box provided along with its expiry date and the last three digits of the cryptogram shown on the back of your card.
(This data is securely transmitted using SSL encryption via the Sogenactif Secure Payment system run by the Société Générale bank, the only party to receive the banking information you send. We have NO access to your data!

- By Credit Card over fax : (Visa, MasterCard).
When placing your order, you must indicate your order number.

- By Credit Card over the phone : You can also pay by Credit Card when placing your order by ringing +33 (0) 1 44 76 80 20

- By PayPal.
First choose PayPal then enter your PayPal username and password within the frame on the right.
If you do not have a PayPal account and if you wish to create one, fill the form and follow the instructions on PayPal's website.

- By sending a Cheque drawn up in Euros . The cheque must be drawn on a French Bank and should be made payable to Arezzo and addressed to :

- By Bank Transfer.
If you choose this means of payment, you will be sent our banking information in the e-mail you will receive when you complete your order on our website.

The Sogenactif secure payment module runs entirely on the Société Générale website.

When you pay online by Credit Card, di-arezzo does not see your bank card details.

Sogenactif directly verifies your payment and confirms its validity to us within 24 hours.

As soon as we receive this confirmation we process your order.

All prices on the site www.di-arezzo.co.uk are shown in GBP but will be invoiced in EUR at the exchange rate used by di-arezzo at the time of invoicing.
When the time comes to place an order, the customer may choose to pay in any of the selectable currencies.
The exchange rate will be the one chosen by di-arezzo on the date of ordering.
