By placing an order you imply your unreserved acceptance of and abidance by the General Sales Conditions.

ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These conditions set out to define the terms of sale between Arezzo and any physical or legal person, hereinafter called " the customer", wishing to make a purchase via Arezzo's Web site www.di-arezzo.com.
When placing an order, the customer acknowledges having made himself aware of the general sales conditions on display on www.di-arezzo.com.
These general sales conditions overrule any other condition mentioned in any other document unless special dispensation is explicitly agreed to in writing by Arezzo.
These general sales conditions can be modified at any time by Arezzo provided they appear on the Web site www.di-arezzo.com.

ARTICLE 2. ORDERS

Orders can be placed
- by Internet, on www.di-arezzo.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- by telephone on +33 (0) 1 44 76 80 20 , from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm,
- By fax on +33 1 44 76 80 15, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As stated in the foreword, a customer's confirmation of an order by telephone, fax, or Internet implies his unreserved acceptance of these general sales conditions.

The data recorded by Arezzo constitutes proof of all transactions entered into between Arezzo and its customer.

For online payments, the data recorded by the Sogenactif payment system (Société Générale) constitutes proof of the financial transactions.

The information supplied by the customer at the time of ordering is a commitment by the customer.
In the event of any errors made by the customer in entering the address and contact details of the recipient of the order, Arezzo can not be held responsible for any resulting inability to deliver the goods.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICE

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) or in the currency chosen by the customer at the moment of placing the order.
The indicated price does not include delivery charges.
The price indicated is inclusive of VAT and other taxes. If VAT Applies it is included at the rate applying on the date of ordering. Any change in the applicable VAT rate may be passed on in the selling price of the items.

Invoices are issued in the currency chosen for payment.
For each order, a corresponding invoice is sent by e-mail to the orderer and a delivery note is adjoined to the delivery packet. The invoice lists the order lines item by item and shows the delivery charges.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charge is a contribution to the costs of preparation, packing, and postage.

This is charged at a flat rate and depends on the destination country, the delivery method, and the amount of the order.

The table below shows the prices and deliveries normally applying. These may be changed without notice.
The only contractual delivery charge is the one indicated on di-arezzo’s order acknowledgement.

Only secure shipment such as "registered Colissimo" or "DHL" are subject to proof of receipt by the customer and thus guaranteed by di-arezzo.
We strongly advise you to use this delivery method.

Economy rate such as "Normal letter post" involve no proof of reception; the customer accepts full responsibility for any such risks when choosing the delivery method on ordering.

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT

The price is payable immediately upon ordering. Purchases can be paid for
- By credit card on line (Visa, MasterCard). You need to enter the 16 digits of your card number, its expiry date, and the last three numbers of the cryptogram shown on the back of your card in the boxes provided (secure data entry using SSL encryption and transmission via our Sogenactif secure credit card payment system run by the Société Générale bank, who is the only party that handles the information thus issued).
- By Credit Card over fax : (Visa, MasterCard).
When placing your order, you must indicate your 16-digit card number in the space provided on the order form along with the last three numbers of the cryptogram shown on the back of your card and the expiry date. You then print out the order form and fax it to us on +33 1 44 76 80 15.
- By Credit Card over the phone : by ringing +33 (0) 1 44 76 80 24 .
- By sending a cheque drawn up in Euros :. The cheque must be drawn on a French Bank and should be made payable to Arezzo and addressed to :

- By Bank Transfer.
If you choose this means of payment, you will be sent our banking information in the e-mail you will receive when you complete your order on our website.

ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY

Whether you are ordering from France or abroad, your order will be sent to the address of your choosing.
Delivery charges are based solely on the delivery address.
Each delivery packet includes a delivery note.
Orders are processed as soon as your payment is registered.
The availability times announced on the site are for guide purposes only and remain subject to any variations in supply conditions from our suppliers.
Transport times are those indicated by the Post Office or carriers and correspond to the delivery method you have chosen.

None of these lead times are immutable and Arezzo cannot be held responsible in the event of late delivery or stock-outs by a publisher.
If a product ordered from Arezzo becomes unavailable, Arezzo undertakes to inform the customer of this in the shortest possible time to allow him to decide on the next course of action for the order.

ARTICLE 7 – SATISFACTION OR REFUND

10-day exchange period:
Up to 10 days after the date of shipment of the goods by Arezzo (a postmark acting as proof) you have the right to return them.
The good must be returned in their original wrapping in order to obtain a refund or exchange them for other items of the same value.
Prior agreement is nonetheless required from di-arezzo before the return takes place.

If the item is returned because you are not satisfied with it, the ordered goods value is refunded but the delivery costs remain at your charge.
If the item is returned due to a fault of Arezzo, the ordered goods value and the delivery costs are refunded.

To process your return, we request customers to make sure they state their first and last name, address, order date and number, and user name (log in).

Items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.

ARTICLE 8 – SECURING AND PRIVACY

SECURING

Our site provides a secure on-line payment system.
All your banking details are protected and encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technique before being transmitted to the Sogenactif processing centre belonging to the Société Générale bank.
Arezzo has no means whatsoever of accessing the information in question.

PRIVACY

In accordance with the laws on Computers and your Rights (French law No. 78-17 of 06-01-1978), you retain the right to access, rectify, and remove any data that concerns you.
You can exercise this right on line by sending an e-mail request via our via our contact form or by writing to the following address: Arezzo, Service Clients, 160, rue Montmartre, 75002 Paris, France.
Every e-mail sent by Arezzo will clearly state in the subject field the identity, brand name, or commercial nature of the offers. At the end of each message is a clickable link that allows you to exercise your right to forbid any further promotional messages being dispatched to you.

The first time you place an order on the site www.di-arezzo.com, you assign yourself a secret code (user name) up to 50 characters long. Entering this code saves you having to re-enter all your contact details when placing further orders.
Arezzo takes great care over protecting your personal data and applies every measure to uphold your rights.

Our site is registered with the CNIL (French National Centre for Computer Rights) register under the number 749157.

ARTICLE 9 - LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

The titles stored in the Arezzo database have been entered based on information provided to us by the publishers. Arezzo is not responsible for the contents of the works and can not be held responsible for their accuracy.
Information regarding price and availability of products, as well as any pictures illustrating these products, is subject to modification and is given for guide purposes only.

All items on offer comply with current French laws. Arezzo declines all responsibility if an article fails to comply with legislation in the destination country (e.g., censorship, banning of certain titles or composers).

Arezzo declines all responsibility in the event of failure to fulfil a contract due to circumstances beyond its control (strikes, floods, fires, war, etc.)

Arezzo declines all responsibility for the content of any web sites that are linked to from its own site.

Arezzo declines any responsibility for the use made by the customer of products bought on the www.di-arezzo.com site.

ARTICLE 10 - DISPUTES

The present contract is subject to French law.
If an amicable solution can not be found in the event of a dispute, the matter will come under the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
If the customer does not reside in France, all disputes relating to commercial relations with AREZZO shall be subject solely to French jurisdiction.
The provisions in the present document do not remove the rights of customers living outside France with regard to the rules laid down in international agreements.
