How do I place an order on the di-arezzo site?

Using our search features (quick or advanced), you can home in on the sheet music you want.
By clicking on "Add to basket", you can put any item in your shopping basket.
You can see what's in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the Details button in the top right hand part of your screen.

When you have finished making your selection, click on the button that looks like this: Place order

In order to process your order, we need to know where to send it to and to whom.

If you have not yet stated who you are during your visit, an intermediate page asks you to identify yourself: enter your user (log in) name and password (or if you don't have one, register with us) then click on the button marked OK
Henceforth you will not need to enter your contact details again.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Have you lost your password?" link and our system will send an immediate reminder to the e-mail address you have given us.

If this is the first time you are ordering anything from di-arezzo, then you first need to register. Don't worry, your first and last name and your address are the only details we require.

di-arezzo has declared its customer file to the CNIL (French authority upholding the personal data protection laws) under the number 749157, and we undertake to keep your data only for our own internal use.

The order confirmation screen then appears:

At this stage you :

• - select your payment method (credit card, cheque, bank transfer, credit card by telephone)
• - choose your delivery method (see General Sales Conditions for further information on guarantees, costs, and transit times)
• - indicate any discounts you are entitled to
• - correct your delivery address, if necessary
• - go back and change the contents of your basket, if you need to

Depending on your choice in step 2:

Credit card payment

di-arezzo transfers you to Société Générale's secure payment server.

You then choose your card type , and enter your credit card details

• - the 16 digit card number
• - the expiry date
• - the last 3 figures of the cryptogram on the back of your card.

Société Générale checks out your details and then displays the result of the transaction, and notifies us (Accepted or Refused).
Things are not finalised yet and you can still abandon your order.

Payment by cheque

A screen with the heading "Order Form" appears. In addition to displaying a summary of your order, it indicates the address to send your cheque to and the name to make it out to.

Your order will get the go-ahead for processing when di-arezzo receives your cheque.

Please enclose a copy of the order form with your cheque or clearly indicate the order number on the back of your cheque.

Payment by bank transfer

When you confirm payment with this method, as in the case with payment by cheque, an "Order Form " screen appears. In addition to displaying a summary of your order, it indicates the details of our bank account to be credited by you.

Your order will get the go-ahead for processing when di-arezzo receives notification of the transfer from its bank.

Please indicate the order number in the space reserved for instructions/comments when making your transfer.

Credit card payment by telephone

When you confirm payment with this method, we provide the information you need to give us when you call: the order number, the amount to be paid, and the delivery method .

The telephone number (France) (0)820 205 283 is a premium charge number. You can call from anywhere in France and will be charged €0.115 per minute by your operator .

For health reasons, we sleep at night. The number is therefore accessible only on working days from 10am to 6pm.

To pay by telephone, your correspondent will ask you for your type of card, the card number, its expiry date, and the last 3 figures of the cryptogram on the back of the card.
