The data recorded by di-arezzo constitute the proof of all transactions made by di-arezzo and its customer.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES
The price is expressed in the currency chosen by the customer but the customer's bank account will be debited in Euro (€) at the time of placing the order.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage.
They are fixed and depend on the country of destination, the shipping method and the amount of the order. A specific delivery rate may apply to certain products (depending on their weight or volume).
Free delivery from 35 € purchase applies, exclusively, to shipments to France
Only secure "Colissimo" or "DHL EXPRESS" shipments are tracked by the customer.
We strongly advise you to use these shipping methods.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT

ARTICLE 7 - SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

Your refund will be made within the legal deadlines in force, by the same means of payment that you used at the time of your order.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.

The present provisions do not deprive customers living outside France of the rules provided for in international conventions.
