This manual covers the technical and musical achievements of the 8th year of musical training. It should be noted, however, that the levels in the conservatories and music schools are different, as well as the time devoted to musical training is variable - thus the correspondence level / year is random and must be interpreted with flexibility. This volume is divided into six chapters: this distribution is done either by musical form (choral, prelude, quartet) or by time (contemporary works) or by a section of technical specialization (reading and transposition). All sections of the musical training are worked in chapters musical form as well as in that contemporary works. In the chapter Reading, the work will be more systematic - it is divided as follows: - 1. Rhythmic reading in exercise and on musical texts, ditto for readings of keys. 2. Intonation and intervallic difficulties are studied progressively and in correlation with reading. For this, different keys are used. - 3. Dictations on the fly, which are the written counterpart of intonation, can be practiced profitably in close correlation with it. - 4. Finally eight readings sung (melodies of the repertoire) will allow the student to use all his knowledge and know-how, in order to interpret them. These different chapters are not to be studied in their order of pagination. The teacher will be able, with happiness and pleasure, to sail with complete freedom, but with his teaching logic, in the open sea of \u200b\u200ba school year.
