A tasty work by Nicole Berne, to be enjoyed without moderation! A grandfather and a grandmother prepare gingerbread. This takes the form of a little guy. Once cooked, the little guy runs away, chased by everyone he meets and who wants to eat it. Will he manage to get by? ... As a bonus at the end of the score: the best gingerbread recipe! I wrote this tale, very well known to children, for the youngest. With music that is simple and easy to memorize, and covers in the form of small refrains, it can be interpreted from 3 or 4 years old. It is dedicated to Chloé Pfeiffer, who happily harmonized several of my tales for the CDs recorded by the Choir Eclats under the direction of François Terrieux, and published by Éditions À Cœur Joie.
