It is András Schiff, renowned pianist, who will play a decisive part in the publication of Mozart's piano concertos: his piano reductions are written for the amateur pianist, not for the professional co-repeater - his fingering of the solo part of Mozart respect the finest nuances, are a source of inspiration for the performer. In the absence of Mozart's original cadences, they are those of Schiff, of a very sure style, which are used. We thus offer an optimum still unequaled until now. In some cases, the said partitions were not yet available when the previous editions were produced. We also know today that alongside Mozart's autographs, the first copies of the parts and editions contain decisive information on the text. Published in cooperation with Breitkopf - Härtel, Mozart's piano concertos in Urtext edition are not only presented in attractive, low-cost form, piano discounts, but together with the corresponding orchestral scores, as well as instrumental parts and study scores.
