The project Demos: genesis, actors, issues

Since 2010, the Cité de la Musique Philharmonie in Paris has been participating in the international movement of youth orchestras through the Demos project. On the occasion of the enlargement of the network, between 2016 and 2018, a series of questions is proposed on the role of music education and cultural democratization in the training of citizens of the 21st century.
